    Set templates of various mails.

    • Title
      Subject of the mail.
    • Header
      Text to be inserted in the beginning of the mail body.
    • Footer
      Text to be inserted at the ending of the mail body.

    If you leave these field blank and press “Change Setting”, the default text will be set.
    The text of the body between header and footer will be automatically generated.

    Below are the mail types you can set with templates:

    Thank you mail (automatically send)

    This mail will be automatically sent to the customer when an order is received.
    The body will include a detailed purchased product list.

    Order receipt mail (automatically send)

    This mail will be sent to the mail address set for receiving orders (basic setting) when an order is received.
    The body will include details of the purchase.

    Inquiry receipt mail (automatically send)

    This mail will be automatically sent to a customer when an inquiry is received.
    There is no body.

    Sign-up confirmation mail (automatically send)

    This mail will be sent automatically when the membership registration is completed.
    There is no body.

    Shipping confirmation mail (send from control screen)

    This mail can be manually sent from the control screen when shipping completion is registered.
    The body will include details of the purchase.

    Order confirmation mail (send from control screen)

    This mail can be manually sent from the control screen when a new order is accepted.
    The body will include details of the purchase.

    Payment confirmation mail (send from control screen)

    This mail can be manually sent when the payment is confirmed.
    The body will include details of the purchase.

    Quote mail (send from control screen)

    This mail can be manually sent when a quote is registered in control screen.
    The body will include details of the purchase.

    Order cancelation mail (send from control screen)

    This mail can be manually sent when an order is canceled.
    The body will include details of the purchase.

    Other mails (send from control screen)

    This is the irregular mail.There is no body.
