私、ロリポップがNGであることに気づかずもがいておりましたが、
今般、XSERVERに乗り換えました（試用期間中です）。
それでもPayPalのSANDBOXから下記エラーが返されました。

今は解決しようのない問題点なのかもしれず、
もし解決の道筋ご存知でしたら、ご教授頂ければ幸いです。
