こちらのボタンは、\themes\welcart_basic-voll\wc_templates\cart\wc_customer_page.php（子テーマになければ、\themes\welcart_basic\wc_templates\cart\wc_customer_page.php）ファイル内のusces_get_customer_button()で作られています。

usces_filter_customer_buttonもしくはusces_filter_get_customer_buttonフックをご利用ください。
（\plugins\usc-e-shop\functions\function.phpファイル内に記載があります。）
